Inspired by Schlaf’s and Derek Sivers’ Now pages, this is what I'm up to currently. It’s a public declaration of priorities. A nice reminder for myself. It helps me to say yes. It helps me to say no.

Life

  • Continuing to challenge self imposed narratives for any “shoulds” that show up.

  • Cultivating a mindset of courage every day.

  • Focus on cultivating my friendships near and far. And opening myself up to new friendships in local community.

  • Never ending home renovation tinkering. Getting stoked for gardening project this spring.

Learn

  • In an advanced coaching program that blends IFS / “parts work” with a heavy dose of somatic experiencing and ancient meditative practices. Practicing what I learn with a select few clients.

  • Embarking on a new research project, digging into our relationship to technology and what it means for our kids’ relationship to technology. Looking to speak with experts in mental health, social and cognitive development, family systems, neuroscience, addiction, social media and AI, trust and safety, as well as practitioners dealing with the issues surrounding social media and kids, such as clinicians, educators, policymakers, economists, and ethicists. Reach out if that’s you.

Health

  • Working out 3-5 times a week at a local gym. Need my body back for summer dresses.

  • Hiking 1-2 times a week on the trail by our house.

  • In individual and couples therapy, alternating weekly.

  • Meditating daily.

Work

  • Day job still at Visa.

  • Still advising startup founders and operators on product.

  • Coaching a select few clients.

  • Writing on amble. The format may soon evolve to house the learnings from my new research project - TBD.

  • Opening my home studio in Easton, CT for community sits this spring.
